My stay was quite miserable due to several factors. First, there was a distinct lack of staffing, which made checking in a hassle as I had to lug my suitcase across the property. the room I stayed in had a noisy atmosphere due to the restaurant located nearby, which made it impossible to enjoy a restful night after a long day. The absence of air conditioning and the stifling heat only exacerbated the situation, making the whole experience unbearable.

We had a brilliant time, la! The grounds were smashing for a stroll, and we loved the comfy, clean room. Only downside was the breakfast—it was a bit basic. Would still recommend, though!

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a spacious and clean room at a hotel so close to a stunning chateau, making it a perfect starting point for my city strolls and nearby landmarks like the Belfry of Bethune and Eglise Saint-Vaast, which are just a short walk away.

The Prestige Queen Room was spacious and remarkably clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable, consistently helpful and approachable throughout my stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained, perfect for a casual stroll after a long day.

The omelettes were fabulous, bringing a taste of local flair that made each breakfast a treat! The lovely grounds were perfect for a pre-dinner stroll, and the historical charm of the chateau added a touch of magic to our stay.

Unfortunately, the room was constantly very hot with evidently no way to control the heat. We stayed in May with the windows open, but without AC, I expect it would be totally unbearable in the summer. But even with this hiccup, the charm of the place still shined through!
